International Product Swapper :: Tutorials for CF Pro Tools :: Additional Features for ClickFunnels




Description and Best Use Case For This Add-On:


Install International Product Swapper 2.0 inside of CF 2.0.   This will work best when you want to allow products with different prices based on the shipping country of the buyer.


Based on the country chosen on your order form, International Product Swapper will show a different set of products for DOMESTIC countries and a different set of products for INTERNATIONAL countries.

 

You set which countries are DOMESTIC and all other countries are considered INTERNATIONAL.



OVERVIEW (For Advanced Users)


For those of you ready to jump in and are familiar with CF Pro Tools, you can use this checklist:



  • Whitelist Your Domain In CF Pro Tools

  • Create both versions of the product: domestic version and international version

  • Create Add-On Script and Assign Product IDs

  • Copy Script / Install in Footer Tracking Area Of ORDER PAGE

  • No Known Conflicts

  • No CSS TITLES used on-page.



Step 1:   Whitelist Your Domain In CF Pro Tools


The first step with all of our add-ons is to ensure you have added your live domain and cf sub-domain to your CF Pro Tools account.


Click on DOMAINS in the left hand column:




Then click ADD NEW DOMAIN button:



When prompted, enter the domain names you are using and click CREATE DOMAIN.




This is a mandatory step and cannot be missed, you will need this domain in place for any live pages you plan on using our add-on scripts on, or your add-on will not function.

Step 2:   Create products for both versions


You need to create your products, make sure to set up a domestic version and an international version of all of your products.

Step 3:   Create Your Add-On Script And Assign Product IDs


The second step is to access your CF Pro Tools Account and create  a new add-on. Search for "International Product Swapper 2.0." 




The next step would be, provide a name, possibly related to the funnel in the CF 2.0 account.

 



After providing the name, next would be, Add the domestic countries (e.g. United States, Canada, Mexico).

 



Obtain product IDs for both domestic and international versions of each product. Input the product IDs into the add-on settings.

 




Previewing the Page and Retrieving Product IDs: Preview the page where products are added. Access the page source and locate product IDs using "data-product-id"





After obtaining the product IDs for both domestic and international products, now enter your product IDs for domestic and international versions into CF Pro Tools. (see example below)




Step 3:   Copy Script / Install in Footer Tracking Area Of ORDER PAGE


Copy the script generated by CF Pro Tools.



Now Go To Your Funnel Page in CF 2.0, go to the Page Setting And Click "Show Code". Insert the script in the footer code section.

 



Finalize your steps for this, SAVE CHANGES in CF 2.0 funnel page. Confirm that the setup is complete without need for additional customization.


After finalizing everything, test the functionality by selecting different countries and confirm that the prices change accordingly based on the selected country.
