You will put your FB BASE PIXEL in the header code for each page (or in the Universal Header in the Funnel Settings)....
The add-on won't work without that part.
You do not need to put any other tracking events, purchase pixels, or conversion values in your header or footer tracking area...
The add-on will send conversion and value data to the FB Ads account that is in your BASE PIXEL.
Using the BASE PIXEL is required for the following add-ons:

FUNNEL TOTAL TRACKER
FB FIRE EVENT
2 STEP INITIATE CHECKOUT
2 STEP TRACK LEAD
2 STEP ADD TO CART
