This can be achieved by using 2 addons in addition to the regular Add/Remove Bumps add-ons that would be needed to create the bumps.

You need:

ORDER FORM PRODUCTS PURCHASED

and

SHOW / HIDE ON PREVIOUS PRODUCTS
