If you still wish to cancel, you can cancel your paid CF Pro Tools VIP Club account at anytime. Just shoot us an email at support@cfprotools.com requesting to CANCEL.
If you do, you'll continue to have access to the VIP Club features until the end of your current billing cycle.
At the end of your billing cycle, your account will be downgraded to the "free" plan where you'll continue to have access to only those add ons that are marked as Free.
It's important to note that, if you cancel your paid subscription, any active VIP Club add ons you have installed will cease to function.
If you are still using the VIP Club add ons when your subscription ends, those add ons will stop working and could potentially cause issues with your funnel.
If you choose to cancel your plan, we highly recommend that you remove any add on code and configuration from your funnel to avoid any unexpected loss of functionality.
If you'd like to request a cancellation, you can do so using the Support link in the CF Pro Tools app.
We take this extra step so that we can check your account to confirm there are no active add ons prior to your subscription cancellation.
We work very hard to avoid any unexpected issues with your funnels and don't want a cancelled account to catch you by surprise when your add ons cease to function.
